2. Purpose of the Agreement

These terms govern the purchase and use of the following digital services offered through this website:

a) Individual 1:1 Online Sessions
A one-hour private online session conducted via Zoom, intended for family tree analysis or psychotherapy work, depending on the service selected by the client.

b) Educational Program “Return to Peace”
Access for three (3) months to a digital learning platform containing recorded video lessons, a Chat + Question Form + answers via chat or video when deeper detail is needed; plus live group sessions every two weeks dedicated to studying the family tree, included in the program.

c) 1:1 Mentorship Program
A comprehensive package that includes:

• Six (6) private online sessions.

• Access to the “Return to Peace” program for three (3) months.

• Personalized follow-up and support for three (3) months via WhatsApp.

• One (1) additional 1:1 session after the three-month support period.

3. Nature of the Service and Tax Exemption

The contracted services combine digital content with personalized support, and are therefore considered a service provision.

Due to their nature, they are not subject to VAT (Value Added Tax).

4. Access to the Service

• 1:1 Sessions:
  Access is granted for the date and time scheduled by the client via the booking form (Calendly) once payment is confirmed.
  The service is deemed delivered once the session has taken place.

• Return to Peace:
  Access to the online platform is granted immediately after payment confirmation and remains active for three (3) months.
  After this period, access is automatically revoked.

• 1:1 Mentorship Program:
  The schedule of sessions and ongoing support will be agreed upon individually after purchase.
  Access to content and communication channels will remain available for the durations described in each service.

5. Right of Withdrawal / 7-Day Guarantee (Return to Peace only)

• Scope. This clause applies exclusively to the Return to Peace program (3 months). Other products/services are excluded.

• Guarantee. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the purchase date.

• How to exercise. Email [mapi@mapibosch.com] with subject “Return to Peace – Withdrawal” within 7 calendar days of purchase (the email must be time-stamped within that period).

• Refund. We will refund 100% of the price within 15 days of a valid request, to the original payment method.

• Access. Upon refund, your access to the platform/content is revoked. You agree to delete any materials you may have downloaded.

• Live sessions. Group sessions occur every two weeks and do not fall within the first 7 days; this guarantee is not tied to attending live sessions.

• Legal note. Under Article 103.m of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content may not apply once performance begins; this 7-day guarantee is a commercial guarantee we voluntarily provide for Return to Peace.

6. Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, which accepts Visa, Mastercard, and other compatible methods.

Full payment is required prior to accessing any service.

7. Intellectual Property

All program materials, videos, texts, images, session content, chat messages, forms, and any other related resources are the exclusive property of MAPIBOSCH.COM or are used under license.

Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of these materials without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Access is personal and non-transferable.

8. Prohibition of Shared Access

Sharing access credentials or materials with third parties is not permitted.
Suspicious simultaneous access from multiple devices or locations may result in temporary suspension pending verification.

Confirmed violations will lead to immediate contract termination without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

MAPIBOSCH.COM shall not be held liable for a lack of results, as outcomes depend entirely on the participant’s personal commitment and practice.
The company is not responsible for technical interruptions beyond its control (e.g., hosting failures, system downtime, maintenance, or external service disruptions).

10. Duration and Termination of the Contract

This contract shall terminate:

• Upon completion of the agreed service or time period; or

• In case of a breach of these terms (e.g., unauthorized sharing, disrespectful behavior, or misuse of materials).

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States, under the State of New York.
However, if the client resides in the European Union, the applicable EU consumer protection regulations shall prevail.

12. Modifications

MAPIBOSCH.COM reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
The version in effect at the time of purchase shall apply.
